Was Sind Deine Aufgaben? 

• Erreichung von vereinbarten Absatzzielen unserer Marken, sowie Sicherung und Ausbau der Distribution unserer Produkte und Verbesserung der Sichtbarkeit in den Märkten im zugeordneten Verkaufsgebiet 
• Vorstellung von Neuprodukten, Sortimentserweiterungen und Promotions auf unterschiedlichen Vertriebsebenen 
• Eigeninitiierte Absprache, Planung und Durchführung von Promotionaufbauten und Zweitplatzierungen im Markt 
• Auf-/Ausbau qualitativ hochwertiger Kundenbeziehungen zu den Entscheidern auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen im zugeordneten Verkaufsgebiet  
• Eigenständige Planung von regelmäßigen, systematischen und zielorientierten Kundenbesuchen unter Einhaltung der Besuchsvorgaben, sowie genaue Berichterstattung über unser CRM-Tool SalesForce.com 
• Unterstützung des Key Account Management bei der Umsetzung von kundenindividuellen Absprachen im Rahmen definierter Zielvereinbarungen 
• Teilnahme bzw. z. Teil auch Organisation und Angebotserstellung inklusive Nachbereitung von Messen und Börsen des Handels 
• Selbstmanagement des Mobile/Home - Office (Handlager, Kühltechnik, Verkaufsförderungsmittel, Logistik, nachhaltige Entsorgung)
• Übernahme von Projekten im Field Sales Team

Was benötigst du, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein?

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel bzw. Vertriebstätigkeit in einem Konsumgüterunternehmen (Fast Moving Consumer Goods – FMCG)
• Gerne bieten wir auch Berufseinsteigern die Chance als Einstieg in ein globales Lebensmittelunternehmen (Voraussetzung Bachelor in Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar)
• Gute Kenntnis der Markt- und Kundenstruktur des deutschen LEH
• Hohe Performance- und Kundenorientierung
• Erste Erfahrungen im Category Management
• Einsatzbereitschaft, proaktive Persönlichkeit und „Entrepreneurship Mindset"
• Begeisterungs- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
• Kontaktstärke und Teamorientierung
• Englischkenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, Erfahrung mit Salesforce.com wünschenswert
• Wohnsitz im Verkaufsgebiet oder die Bereitschaft dorthin umzuziehen und Führerschein Klasse 3 bzw. B
