Aufgaben

• Du bist beteiligt an der Planung von gastechnischen Anlagen für Erdgas, Bio-Methan und Wasserstoff im gesamten Bundesgebiet
• Unterschriftsreife Vorbereitung aller Bauantragsunterlagen gemäß der entsprechenden LBO
• Erstellung von Bau- und Ausführungsplänen für Hoch- und Tiefbauprojekte
• Erstellung von Kostenkalkulationen und Budgetplänen der Hoch- und Tiefbauprojekte
• Prüfung und Überwachung der Bauausführung im Hinblick auf statische und konstruktive Anforderungen sowie die Kontrolle der Bauqualität und des Baufortschritts vor Ort (bundesweit)
• Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und anderen Stakeholdern
• Beratung und Unterstützung der Bauleiter und anderer Fachleute vor Ort
• Organisation und Durchführung von Abnahmen nach Abschluss der Bauarbeiten

Qualifikation

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, bevorzugt mit Schwerpunkt Hoch- und Tiefbau, Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau (Bachelor/ Master/ Dipl.-Ing.)
• Wünschenswert wäre es, wenn Du in einer Ing.-Kammer eingetragen bist und bauvorlageberechtigt bist
• Du konntest erste Berufserfahrung in der Planung, Ausführung und Überwachung von Hochbau- und Tiefbauprojekten sammeln.
• Du besitzt tiefgehende Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen, Vorschriften und Gesetze (z.B. HOAI, BauO, DIN-Normen, Eurocodes)
• Kenntnisse in der Tragwerksplanung und Konstruktionskenntnisse für den Hoch- und Tiefbau (z.B. Massivbau, Betonbau, Stahlbau, Geotechnik) sind wünschenswert
• Du verfügst über Erfahrung mit gängigen Planungssoftwares und Berechnungsprogrammen (z.B. AutoCAD, AllPlan, Revit -Programme, Software für Tragwerksplanung)
• Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache) in Wort und Schrift
• Du hast ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und zu deinen Eigenschaften gehören Teamfähigkeit, Kreativität und Zuverlässigkeit
• Du hast Lust und die Bereitschaft für deutschlandweite Projekte zu reisen.
• Du hast einen Führerschein (mindestens) der Klasse B
