Wir bauen die PR Company der Zukunft: keine reine Service-Company mehr, sondern eine Service-Software-Company.
Unser AI-Team entsteht gerade: Grundarchitektur steht, erste Systeme laufen produktiv. Aktuell ein Developer + Ops, ein Product Lead kommt dazu. Jetzt fehlst du – die Person, die als Senior Backend Engineer das technische Fundament ownt und zu dem macht, was in Europa Maßstäbe setzt.
Deine Rolle
- Systemarchitektur & Ownership: Volle Ownership über Architektur und Weiterentwicklung – KI-Agenten (LangChain Framework), Workflows, Datenstruktur, Schnittstellen, Compliance, Tech Stack (Supabase, ExpressJS, n8n, Make, Claude Code, Vercel, Next.js, Render, Perplexity, Azure OpenAI).
- Agentisches & workflow-basiertes Backend: Entwicklung und Betrieb von KI-Agenten, automatisierten Workflows und API-Management (HubSpot, Slack) – primär über Code, selektiv No-/Low-Code.
- Datenmanagement: Weiterentwicklung der Supabase-Architektur (relational + Vektor) und Anbindung an Frontends, Agenten, Automatisierungen.
- Enablement: Du dokumentierst, teilst Know-how und coachst das Team.
Kurz: Du baust das technische Rückgrat eines AI-first Systems, das unsere gesamte Organisation antreibt.
Wer du bist
Du kommst aus einer Senior Engineering-Rolle (AI, Backend, Full Stack) und willst jetzt wirklich ownen, was du baust – kein Verwalten fertiger Plattformen, sondern ein System von innen prägen.
Must-have:
- >5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon >2 Jahre Softwareentwicklung
- TypeScript, PostgreSQL
- Erfahrung mit AI Systemen und Context Engineering
- Sicher in SQL, API Design, Schema-Design, Edge Functions, Query Optimization
- Ownership, systemisches Denken, echte Leidenschaft für KI und Automatisierung
- Deutsch C1 von Vorteil, B2 ausreichend (mit Motivation für C1 im ersten Jahr)
Nice-to-have:
- LLMs, Vektordatenbanken, Workflow-Orchestration, Azure/ OpenAI API, n8n, Make, Supabase, LangChain
