Du willst nicht nur Theorie lernen, sondern sehen, wie aus Mechanik, Elektronik und Software echte technische Lösungen entstehen und willst die neusten Technologien hautnah miterleben?

Dann bist du bei MCF Technologie GmbH genau richtig. Wir entwickeln und bauen kundenspezifische Mess- und Prüfstände für industrielle Anwendungen. Dabei entstehen Systeme, die mechanische Konstruktion, elektrische Komponenten, Elektronik, Steuerungstechnik und Software miteinander verbinden.

Für das Ausbildungsjahr 2026 suchen wir eine motivierte Nachwuchskraft für unsere elektronische Fertigung in Ettlingen. Bei uns wirst du Teil eines jungen, engagierten Teams, arbeitest an echten Projekten mit und lernst Schritt für Schritt, wie moderne Prüf- und Automatisierungstechnik entsteht.

Aufgaben

Während deiner Ausbildung lernst du unter anderem:

• mechanische, elektrische und elektronische Komponenten zu montieren
• Baugruppen und Systeme nach technischen Unterlagen aufzubauen
• elektrische Verdrahtungen und elektronische Komponenten fachgerecht einzusetzen
• Mess- und Prüfstände mit aufzubauen, zu prüfen und in Betrieb zu nehmen
• Fehler an technischen Systemen zu suchen, zu analysieren und zu beheben
• mit Werkzeugen, Messgeräten, technischen Zeichnungen und Schaltplänen zu arbeiten
• Steuerungen, Sensoren, Aktoren und elektronische Systeme besser zu verstehen
• im Team an kundenspezifischen technischen Lösungen mitzuwirken

Bei MCF bekommst du nicht nur einzelne Übungsaufgaben, sondern Einblicke in echte Kundenprojekte und moderne industrielle Technik.

Qualifikation

Das solltest du mitbringen:

• einen mittleren Bildungsabschluss, die Mittlere Reife oder Abitur
• Interesse an Technik, Elektronik, Mechanik und praktischer Arbeit
• handwerkliches Geschick und ein gutes technisches Verständnis
• gute Leistungen in Mathematik und Physik
• sorgfältige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Motivation, Neues zu lernen und dich aktiv einzubringen
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem PC und gängigen Programmen wie Word und Excel
• sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
• Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert

Auch wenn du ein Studium begonnen hast und gemerkt hast, dass du lieber praktisch arbeiten möchtest: Studienabbrecherinnen und Studienabbrecher sind bei uns ausdrücklich willkommen.
