Du interessierst dich für Elektronik, Technik und dafür, wie moderne Geräte und Systeme aufgebaut, geprüft und in Betrieb genommen werden?

Dann bist du bei MCF Technologie GmbH genau richtig. Wir entwickeln und bauen kundenspezifische Mess- und Prüfstände für industrielle Anwendungen. Unsere Systeme verbinden Elektronik, Messtechnik, Steuerungstechnik, Mechanik und Software zu individuellen Lösungen für unsere Kunden.

Für das Ausbildungsjahr 2026 suchen wir eine motivierte Nachwuchskraft für unsere elektronische Fertigung in Ettlingen. Bei uns lernst du nicht nur die Grundlagen der Elektronik, sondern arbeitest Schritt für Schritt an echten technischen Projekten mit.

Aufgaben

Während deiner Ausbildung lernst du unter anderem:

• elektronische Komponenten, Baugruppen und Geräte zu fertigen und zu montieren
• Geräte und Systeme für die Mess- und Prüftechnik aufzubauen
• Schaltungen, Kabel, Steckverbindungen und elektronische Baugruppen fachgerecht zu verdrahten
• technische Unterlagen, Schaltpläne und Zeichnungen zu lesen und anzuwenden
• Geräte und Systeme zu prüfen, zu messen und in Betrieb zu nehmen
• Fehler zu analysieren, einzugrenzen und zu beheben
• mit Messgeräten, Werkzeugen und moderner Prüftechnik zu arbeiten
• elektronische Systeme zu warten, zu dokumentieren und weiterzuentwickeln
• gemeinsam mit unserem Team an kundenspezifischen Lösungen mitzuwirken

Bei MCF bekommst du eine praxisnahe Ausbildung mit direktem Bezug zu echten Kundenprojekten und moderner industrieller Technik.

Qualifikation

Das solltest du mitbringen:

• einen mittleren Bildungsabschluss, die Mittlere Reife oder Abitur
• Interesse an Elektronik, Technik, Geräten und Systemen
• handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
• Freude an präzisem und sorgfältigem Arbeiten
• gute Leistungen in Mathematik und Physik
• Motivation, Neues zu lernen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit PC, Betriebssystemen und gängigen Programmen wie Word und Excel
• sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
• Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
