Aufgaben

• Du lernst, wie du den IT-Bedarf von Kunden analysierst und daraus passende Lösungsvorschläge ableitest
• Du unterstützt bei der Auswahl von Hard- und Software und bereitest Angebote mit vor
• Du wirkst an der Kalkulation von Projekten mit und lernst, worauf es bei der Preisgestaltung ankommt
• Du begleitest unsere Kundenbetreuung und erfährst, wie professionelle Beratung in der Praxis funktioniert
• Du dokumentierst Anforderungen, pflegst Kundendaten und hilfst dabei, Projekte kaufmännisch zu organisieren
• Du arbeitest eng mit unseren technischen Teams zusammen und bekommst Einblicke in alle Bereiche – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung

Qualifikation

• Du hast mindestens die mittlere Reife, gern auch das (Fach-)Abitur
• Du interessierst dich sowohl für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge als auch für IT-Systeme
• Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit MS Office oder anderen Standardanwendungen gesammelt
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und übernimmst gern Verantwortung
• Du hast Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Kolleg*innen und kommunizierst offen und klar
• Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
