Aufgaben

• Terminkoordination und elektronische Kalenderpflege
• Posteingangs-Bearbeitung und Verteilung an die zuständigen Bereiche
• Verantwortung für administrative Abläufe im Bereich
• Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung und Besorgung von Basisdienstleistungen für die Kunden/Gäste
• Erstellung von Präsentationen

Qualifikation

• Bankkaufmann /-frau oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
• sicheres, sympathisches Auftreten und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
• gute Organisationsfähigkeiten
