Job Description

ALPHA Software GmbH digitalisiert die Erstellung von Gebäudeunterlagen für Immobilienprofis. Neben Grundrissen und Wohnflächenberechnungen erstellen wir auch bauvorlageberechtigte Unterlagen und fachlich geprüfte Dokumentationen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Architekten, der Projekte fachlich prüfen, dokumentieren und bei Bedarf rechtsverbindlich bestätigen kann.

Aufgaben

• Fachliche Prüfung und Freigabe von architektonischen Unterlagen
• Erstellung von Wohnflächenberechnungen mithilfe von ArchiCAD auf Grundlage vorhandener Grundrisse
• Unterzeichnung und Stempelung von Dokumenten im Rahmen der Bauvorlageberechtigung
• Qualitätssicherung bei Grundrissen, Wohnflächenberechnungen und Gebäudeunterlagen
• Unterstützung des Teams bei architektonischen Fragestellungen
• Sicherstellung einer prüffähigen und normgerechten Dokumentation
• Gelegentliche Abstimmung mit Kunden bei fachlichen Rückfragen
• Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Qualitätsstandards

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur
• Eingetragene Mitgliedschaft in einer Architektenkammer
• Bauvorlageberechtigung sowie eigener Architektenstempel
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Wohnflächenberechnungen (z. B. nach WoFlV oder DIN 277)
• Sicherer Umgang mit ArchiCAD
• Strukturierte, präzise und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Planunterlagen
• Erfahrung in der Prüfung und Dokumentation von Gebäudeunterlagen
