Über unsere Plattform Huacaya: Huacaya ist unsere On-Premise-Plattform für KI-Entwicklung und -Deployment. Sie ermöglicht es, KI-Modelle sicher und effizient zu hosten, zu trainieren und in Anwendungen wie Chats oder Prozessautomatisierungen zu integrieren. Die Plattform deckt den gesamten KI-Lebenszyklus ab und bietet Unternehmen eine robuste Grundlage, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für spezifische Anforderungen zu entwickeln. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung von Huacaya beitragen und innovative KI-basierte Anwendungen im Rahmen von Projekten gestalten.

• Du arbeitest direkt an der Schnittstelle zu Kund*innen und treibst die Weiterentwicklung von Huacaya, unserer Plattform für KI-Entwicklung und -Deployment, aktiv voran, mit dem Ziel, Lösungen schnell in die produktive Anwendung zu bringen. 

• Im Fokus deiner Arbeit stehen das Training, Finetuning und die produktionsnahe Bereitstellung großer Sprachmodelle (LLMs), stets mit Blick auf konkreten Kundennutzen 

• Spezialisierte KI-Modelle (z. B. in Computer Vision, NLP oder numerischer Datenanalyse) entwickelst und optimierst du iterativ auf Basis realer Anforderungen und Feedbacks aus dem Einsatz

• Die Integration und Weiterentwicklung von Backend-Systemen liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich, inklusive APIs, Services und skalierbarer Datenpipelines

• Auf Basis von Huacaya entstehen durch dich maßgeschneiderte, skalierbare Lösungen für unterschiedliche Branchen, die du von der Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz begleitest

• Daten werden von dir analysiert, strukturiert und kuratiert, um hochwertige Trainings- und Evaluationsdatensätze aufzubauen und die Modellperformance kontinuierlich zu steigern

• Gemeinsam mit Kund*innen und interdisziplinären Teams erarbeitest du Anforderungen, übersetzt diese in technische Konzepte und agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für die Umsetzung

• Durch klare Dokumentation sowie adressatengerechte Präsentationen schaffst du Transparenz und unterstützt fundierte technische Entscheidungen

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Angewandter) Mathematik, Physik, Informatik, Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren quantitativen Bereich

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen es dir, auch komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich und zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln

• Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung oder im Deployment von KI-Systemen bringst du bereits mit, beispielsweise aus Projekten, Praktika oder beruflichen Stationen

• Im Training und Finetuning von LLMs sowie im Umgang mit Frameworks wie Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch oder TensorFlow bist du sicher

• Kenntnisse im Backend Development, etwa mit FastAPI, Django oder Flask, ermöglichen dir die Entwicklung produktionsnaher Anwendungen

• Vertrautheit mit modernen Infrastruktur- und Deployment-Tools wie Docker und Kubernetes sowie mit SQL-/NoSQL-Datenbanken und Versionskontrolle ergänzt dein Profil
