Wir sind syte – ein PropTech-Unternehmen aus Münster, das eine KI-gestützte Software für die Entscheidungsgrundlage der Immobilienentwicklung entwickelt. Unsere Plattform ersetzt wochenlange Expertenkonsultationen durch sofortige, KI-gesteuerte Analysen: Projektentwickler, Bauträger, Banken und Investoren nutzen syte, um zu entscheiden, ob, was und wo gebaut, renoviert oder erworben werden soll.

Genau dafür suchen wir dich als AI Enablement Engineer (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt. Die Position ist deutschlandweit remote oder in unserem Headquarter in Münster zu besetzen.

Deine Mission:

• Development: Du entwickelst komplexe Automatisierungen, die über die Möglichkeiten von No-Code-Tools hinausgehen – API-Integrationen, benutzerdefinierte Python-/TypeScript-Skripte, agentische Workflows, interne Tools.
• Learning & Enablement: Du befähigst Kolleg*innen aus allen Abteilungen, ihre eigenen Automatisierungen zu erstellen. Du leitest den AI Circle, bietest Sprechstunden an, leitest praktische Workshops und verfasst die interne Dokumentation, die den Self-Service ermöglicht.
• Tool Discovery: Du wählst unseren AI-Tool-Stack. Du definierst und pflegst den Standardsatz genehmigter Tools, bewertest neue Tools hinsichtlich Kosten, Nutzen und Risiko und stellst überflüssige Tools ein.
• Security & Compliance: Du steuerst den Datenfluss und die Sicherheit. Du bist verantwortlich für den AI Tracker, führst einfache Datenschutz- und Sicherheitsüberprüfungen für Systemintegrationen durch und stellst Compliance sicher.
• KI-Architektur: Du schaffst eine gemeinsame Grundlage – eine gemeinsame Infrastruktur (Authentifizierung, Geheimnisse, Integrationsplattformen, Prompt-Bibliotheken, wiederverwendbare Komponenten), damit andere sicher und schnell entwickeln können.

Dein Profil

• Erfahrung: 4+ Jahre praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Softwareentwicklung, Automatisierungstechnik, KI-Tools oder einem verwandten Bereich.
• Solide Programmierkenntnisse: Du bringst Erfahrungen mit Python oder TypeScript mit und kannst dadurch in Kombination mit solidem Engineering, Enablement und Governance über die KI-Tool-Landschaft echten Mehrwert schaffen.
• No-Code-Anwendungserfahrung: Praktische Erfahrung mit mindestens einer No-Code-Automatisierungsplattform (n8n, Zapier, Make usw.) und sicherer Umgang mit REST-APIs, Webhooks und Authentifizierungsmustern.
• AI-Native: Du arbeitest an der Spitze der KI-Tooling-Entwicklung. Claude Code gehört zu deinen wichtigsten täglichen Arbeitswerkzeugen. Das Programmieren von Agenten, Prompt Engineering, MCP und die neuesten LLM-Frameworks sind Teil deines Standard-Workflows. Du bringst neue Muster schnell in Unternehmen ein, und setzt bei syte Maßstäbe für KI-orientierte Arbeit.
• Eine „Builder-Coach“-Mentalität: Du hast Spaß sowohl am Schreiben von Code als auch daran, Nicht-Techies zu unterrichten. In der Mischung aus programmieren und beraten fühlst du dich wohl.
• Ein Gespür für Sicherheit und Datenschutz: Du bringst praktische Erfahrung mit den Anforderungen der DSGVO und den Grundlagen der IT-Sicherheit mit – nicht nur das Bewusstsein dafür, sondern auch die Fähigkeit, eine einfache Sicherheitsüberprüfung durchzuführen, bevor eine Integration live geht.
• Eifer und Neugier: Dieses Feld ist erst vier Jahre alt. Wir schätzen Motivation und Experimentierfreudigkeit mehr als taggenaue Berufserfahrung.
