Aufgaben

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die Leitung des strategischen Arzneimitteleinkaufs und gestalten aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der Einkaufsstrategie:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen, spezialisierten Teams (PKA & PTA)
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des strategischen Einkaufs von Arzneimitteln
  • Eigenverantwortlicher Abschluss und Verhandlung von Lieferantenverträgen
  • Sicherstellung der Arzneimittelverfügbarkeit inkl. aktivem Stockout-Management
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Klinikapotheken im Rahmen regelmäßiger Austauschformate
  • Analyse und Beobachtung nationaler und internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte
  • Identifikation und Bewertung neuer Lieferanten sowie ggf. Durchführung von Akquisegesprächen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsprozessen und -strukturen im wachsenden Geschäftsbereich
  • Direkte Berichtslinie an die Geschäftsführung

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Pharmazie oder vergleichbares betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Kenntnissen im Pharmazeutischen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen
  • Ausgeprägtes strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssicherheit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und sicheres Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • AMOR- und SAP BW-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen sind vorteilhaft
